No, the process is simple and fully online. You can make your reservation through our website and complete the payment. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll contact you to provide full details or request any additional information. After that, we’ll either deliver the vehicle to your location or share the pickup address for you to retrieve it yourself—no lines, no hassle.
No. Our vehicles are strictly for personal use, vacation, or transportation needs while in Orlando for work or leisure. The car cannot be used for any delivery or rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft, Instacart, Amazon Flex, or any similar platform. Sub-renting the vehicle or using it for commercial delivery purposes is strictly prohibited.
No. Only the person listed as the primary renter in the reservation process is authorized to drive the vehicle, unless an additional driver has been officially added and approved by DM Car Rental. All drivers must meet our requirements and provide valid documentation prior to vehicle delivery or pickup.
